I see the RAAS in the modules menu but I am not getting any sound

Ok, Byork, thank you for replying so soon.  I reinstalled the AXE uninstalled RAAS before I installed the AXE again. I went to the redis folder and re-installed ALL the simconnects version available. They are being installed as I went into the Uninstall program menu and they are showing being installed. I have FSX installed and I am going to install the AXE there to see if it works there. After installing all the Simconnects and the reinstalling the AXE I still have no RAAS voice. The log shows this

Should I try uninstalling the Simconnect and reinstall?

Ok, just to update. I tried the flight in FSX where it was working before with the PMDG 777 and I am now getting a log identical to the Prepar3d one.

Something is wrong on your system and with Simconnect since you said it stopped working in FSX as well.

Try uninstalling and re-installing Simconnect again.

This is terrible I just did a clean install of windows. Reformat my drive and everything. Took me nearly all night. Come back to install Prepared only today and I am seeing the same damn error. Let me ask after I run the MakeRunways what do I do with it? Do i just leave it in the main Prepar3d folder?

Here is my log after the format.

Yes, you can just leave it in the root P3D folder.

You ran make Runways right?

After you did a clean install of Windows, did you also install Simconnect for P3D?

Specifically version 10.0.60905.0

Yes I installed it. It is in my uninstall programs with that version I was reading that in another forum that not having RAAS in the first place of the DLL.XML caused issues. Do you think that will make a difference

I've never heard of that one before, but you can try it.

Also make sure your anti virus is off... sometimes those things can cause weird conflicts from time to time.

I reinstalled FSX today again and installed the PMDG 777 after the AXE and the issue still continues. Any other suggestions? I am about to just give up. I really appreciate the help

I went ahead and bought the unlocked version of simmarket. 20% off was not a bad deal specially since I want to use it with the NGX. I thought maybe it was something with the AXE but I am still not getting any luck with this. I really need help solving this.  here is my log with the unlocked version

Is it something the Schema.ini? Cause it says simconnect loaded correctly. Anything else you need from me to get this fixed?

And this is with FSX now.

After finally talking to Byork for a few hours and doing some creative thinking we fixed the issue.

Here are the steps for the solution.

1. Uninstall any RAAS version in your system.
2. Delete all RAAS folders in the main simulator directory and APPDATA.
3. Search the registry for any RAAS entries. Delete them
P.s carefully analyze what the entries are. DO NOT DELETE ANY SYSTEM ENTRIES.
4. Disable firewall and anti virus carefully.
5. Uninstall all simconnect versions.
6. Navigate to c:/windows/WinSxS. Search for any simconnect files delete the manifest versions.(you might need to take ownership)
7. reinstall SIMCONNECT.
8. Install any windows updates
9. Install RAAS with admin rights.
10. Run makerwys

11. Test.

This worked for me after 4 days what helped was making sure Ishared all the info available. The more you share and cooperate the easier anyone can help you.
