Registration request appear

Recommended Posts

To PMDG forum

I used my PMDG B737NGX for some time now, the other day when I wanted to fly, a box appeared when I tried to choose the aircraft in the FSX menu.

The box wanted me to enter the registration key with I did.

It refused to accept it. I uninstalled and reinstalled PMDG B737NGX 800/900.

It installed perfectly Again without a had to type in the registration key.

Yesterday, after 10-12 flights, the box with registration key showed again.

You have any solution for this issue?

Thank you.

Regards

Ricky

Have you disabled the FLEXNet service?

Are you running the sim as an admin when entering you reg information?

If you don't know what it is, chances are it hasn't been messed with, but some Flight Sim setup guides tell the user to disable the service for "performance improvements." This can cause the activations issue.

Go ahead and submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspx . We can get you sorted from there.
