Can anybody tell me why suddenly I have stopped receiving  ATIS in my PMDG 777 I used to pick it up  no problem I have double checked  the frequency and my h/s is not on mute, as I have said this used to work previously

Can anybody tell me why suddenly I have stopped receiving  ATIS in my PMDG 777 I used to pick it up  no problem I have double checked  the frequency and my h/s is not on mute, as I have said this used to work previously

 

1. Double check the frequency.
2. Ensure you have the audio control panel configured correctly:

   -Ensure the MIC selector is on VHF L

   -Ensure the volume knob is lit for VHF L (circular knob below the mic selectors)

   NOTE: If you don't want to worry about this issue, change your settings under PMDG Setup to NEVER fail the radios (the default is "when misconfig/failed")

My bet is option 2. For more detailed information, see the intro manual for a section on common mistakes.
