I am having OOM for even small airport such as TJSJ from latin VFR . I never had an OOM for that airport. I don't know what could be wrong , i am currently running STEVE DX10 FIX latest one. Do not see a problem with your graphics driver settings. OOM's are caused when you run out of Virtual Address Space (VAS). The higher your fsx settings, and the higher your overclock, the faster you will run out of VAS. See the AVSIM CTD Guide for suggestions on fixing this problem. It usually happens when flying into a payware airport with a lot of eye-candy, especially if the flight was longer than 2 hours.

I just notice i had the incorrect version of UIAutomationCore. The version that was in my fsx folder was version 6.0.6001.18000. I fallowed as AVSIM Guide suggested an downloaded version 6.0.5840.16386 , and i place it into fsx main root folder. I don't know if that might be the cause of the OOM. I notice it is also related to Kernelbase.dll

Both versions will work.  I would remove it unless you are having menu crashes.  The fix for menu crashes is placing the uiautomationcore.dll in the main fsx folder.  It is the only reason you should have the uiautomationcore.dll in your main fsx folder.  Otherwise, remove it to a temporary folder and see if this fixes the problem.

The AVSIM CTD Guide provides the only probable solutions to this error that I am aware of.  See page 13.

Hi Jim, i had updates that i haven't install . Do you think not having Microsoft.net  Framework updates installed could be the cause to OOM?

Those are security updates Mr Lemy and fix vulnerabilities in Microsoft.net.  They should be installed.  However, if you see FSX suddenly not working anymore after a security update or other anomalies, then you can uninstall it by right clicking the Computer icon on your desktop and selecting Properties then Windows Update then Installed Updates (or click on the Start button, type Installed in the search box and then look up in the Menu and click on Installed Updates or get to it through the Control Panel).  They are usually ordered by date of installation.  The last time I had any update for my dotnet was on 11/19/2014 and I have not seen any problems.  You can also do a system restore to a date prior to when fsx started to crash and see if that fixes the problem too.
