Must See! REX Soft Clouds

Recommended Posts

May the video speak for itself.... With regards to any possible questions on why this is not announced on the main website:

So when I shared this video and the link of where to get it they pretty much gave me the boot and said it was a fake. How REX website hasn't announced this. How its not on the forums. How its not from the actual REX site to buy it. So is this real? Thanks

Yes, it's real. We are taking time off with our families for Christmas , no time for mass marketing efforts currently.

It seems available now, follow the video link description.

As a frequent flyer I can say this looks quite realistic.

Looks very interesting :)

Where can you buy this - the link is to the US webshop ... is it possible to purchase, if you're outside US?

It looks good, might be more realistic to fly with...in and out of clouds...though they don't quite look real.  Still, looks impressive.  Is the point of the video to show how they move with the wind also?  I know clouds move in FSX, though, I'm not sure that they move with the wind.

EDIT:  It'd be nice to see some videos/reviews for both FSX and P3D...volumetric haze and fog too.

I'm still not sure how this will improve the clouds in FSX except the textures?

Anyone knows if this addon could be used by REX4 owners (a kind of extension) or is unnecessary for them...?
