January 4, 201511 yr Thanks, I uploaded that last night. I'm currently working on JFK, and as soon as that's done, KEWR. The other smaller airports are filled in nicely. If I have a break from work, Ill have all 3 done by wed. Rob
January 4, 201511 yr Thanks, I uploaded that last night. I'm currently working on JFK, and as soon as that's done, KEWR. Thanks for your great work. It really enhances them dramatically, since this was the biggest issue I found on them. With these static planes they at least look like busy airports. Karsten Schubert
January 6, 201511 yr I just added a file to add aircraft to JFK this morning. Im working on Newark now. should have that by tomorrow sometime. Its getting hard to find the correct airlines/planes that should be showing up here. OpensceneryX seems to be centered mostly on Europe. Is there another free library to use, that will have more us based carriers? Rob
January 6, 201511 yr GodAtum, A review was conducted on xplanereviews.com for KEWR, http://xplanereviews.com/index.php?/topic/245-airport-review-kewr-newark-liberty-international-by-butnaru/ This may help you decide. That's not the package mentioned in the first post, and doesn't help in terms of comparing Tim Walker
January 6, 201511 yr Really great package. But I am getting FSX type taxiway lights (i.e. floating orbs of colour) not the normal excellent XP lights. Anyone else got the same issue? Cheers Peter Peter Allen Chillblast custom built: Intel Core i7-7700K 4.5Ghz, Nvidia GTX1080Ti, Corsair Hydro H100i v2, Asus Maximus Hero IX Z270, 32Gb DDR4 3000Mhz (4 X 8Gb), 250Gb Samsung 960 Evo SSD PCie, 2 x 1Tb Crucial SSD, 1 x 4Tb, Corsair 850W PSU. PFC C2 Pro Console with Hall Effect . PFC GA Rudder pedals
January 13, 201511 yr Really great package. But I am getting FSX type taxiway lights (i.e. floating orbs of colour) not the normal excellent XP lights. Anyone else got the same issue? Cheers Peter I also have the same issue, but I see it as a plus, considering JFK doesn't have blue lights IRL and that default XP airports look like big blue blobs!
January 14, 201511 yr How's the performance? The KJFK payware scenery that I got was horrible visual and performance wise. +1, NYCX and Airport = 2 FPS :( and I have a very powerful PC. Asus Rampage VI Extreme Encore(water Cooled) EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 Hybrid, 64 DD4 @ 2800 2 x 2x M.2 in raid 0.

January 14, 201511 yr +1, NYCX and Airport = 2 FPS :( and I have a very powerful PC. In New York the real performance issues are New York, not the Airports by itself. My best resits I got wirh World2Xp and limiting the number of objects and distance. Karsten Schubert
January 15, 201511 yr You have to reduce your settings then :-/ No thanks, I have my setting very high and still get 25/30 FPS with most of my addons (orbix etc) even with mega Sao Paulo which has a lot more building the NYC I still get 30fps. FSdream also are FPS killers so I just don't use them. In New York the real performance issues are New York, not the Airports by itself. My best resits I got wirh World2Xp and limiting the number of objects and distance. You are absolutely right. the problem is flying from NY airports without flying over Manhattan is kind of boring. I am running FSX on a 6 cores @ 4.9 ghz mem 2400mhz and quad SLI. can't imagining in a lower PC. Asus Rampage VI Extreme Encore(water Cooled) EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 Hybrid, 64 DD4 @ 2800 2 x 2x M.2 in raid 0.
