Do PMDG products purchased from Aerosoft qualify for the same support and service packs as those purchased direct from PMDG?

Normally the distributor handles the after sales support.  Wouldn't hurt to ask but you will have to post as per PMDG forum rules and policy:

Thanks for the note...but I find your policy somewhat confusing. Should I put my real name in the text of my post?  I thought that might be the case, but I didn't see real names on other posts.

Correct. That or configure a signature through your forum settings. If you're on the mobile browser version, you won't see the signatures.

 

As far as your questions goes, all support for the boxed version should be directed to support.precisionmanuals.com.

 

It's the same exact product. The only difference is they provide a CD and a nice box - both of which you could easily do yourself without waiting for it to be shipped.
