Im having  problem with snow using asn.  If i set the fsx weather to snow without using asn snow shows up fine.  If asn tries to set snow in fsx there is no snow falling.  The runway textures do change so the sim knows it should be snowing but the snow doesnt actually fall.

It would depend on what settings you have in the asn control panel, ie active or not, however to test you could use the search function and click on snow, that should list airports that currentley have snow, then re -select that airport to test.
