PMDG 777 asking for activation code, when activated, and gives error.

Hiya,

 

After months of flying this wonderful aircraft, I select this A/C to start flying, and it asks me for activation code, already confused as to why it asked me, I entered it, and an error popped up. *Attached*

Found it in the Gen Support queue. I just responded there. There should be a checklist of things to try.
