DX10 Scenery Fixer was temporarily unavailable - now back

DX10SF will be removed from sale for the first week or so of January. There is nothing to be alarmed about or speculate over. It will be returned to sale very shortly.

Just curious, why the removal and remaking it available?

It's called having a holiday. no sales, mean no purchase/tech support

Very strange, because the purchase is an automatic process. And the tech support could have the holidays also if the purchase is active!

I'm not at all alarmed!  :lol:

 

And it's obvious that there is a good reason. I hope that isn't the holiday, becuase, but this is my personal opinion, it's not a good reason stopping the selling of a digital product!  :P

I believe Steve simply has a high sense of business ethics, which does him great credit. As pretty much a "one man" operation, I believe he feels an obligation to "be there" to provide technical support - especially to new customers who might have problems with initial installations - and would rather temporarily suspend sales while he takes a short holiday, rather than run the risk of not being able to support new customers while he away from the office.

 

I'm sure the fixer will be back very soon.

How much does it usually cost.. of course with all the talk of it with the Steam Launch,  I went and searched for it and got page not found on the store.. Then ended up searching and finding this link.

Get it as soon if you can, as soon as it get's back available - it does an excellent job from smoothing out FSX SE to really making the graphics considerably more tempting :-)
