No landing gear, display screens dark and no control of switches

Reinstalled FSX and PMDG 777.  No activation code asked for, downloaded PMDG 777 product activation no luck.... am I missing something simple. Thanks.

Have you tried using it? On a re-install, it won't prompt you for the license again as it's still on your machine. Un-install/re-install of the plane alone won't delete the license. It's only when you re-image your machine, or re-install the operating system that will force you to provide the license key again.
