RWY Snow Textures?

Hello,

 

I recently bought FSFX PrecipitFX and it's really great. I've just a little question: Does PrecipitFX also change anything on the runway textures of standard airports or only the effects? It seems to me that my "snowy-runway" texture is new - but that may be a misinterpretation due to the fact that it's quite some time since I've seen a standard rwy texture the last time.

No but read that REX is working on changing that - new snowy runway textures - thats all I know
