fsx-ms Can't buy or download Eaglesoft Citation X (V2)

Has anyone been by the Eaglesoft home page lately. I can't d/l the Citation V2 as the link appears dead. I have also sent 2 mails to support with no replies. Any idea what may be going on?

I am having a similar issue there. Unable to login at their forum. An error message says my username is inactive and I should contact a board administrator. Send 2 e-mails to support and also no reply yet.

I just went to the site and downloading the product is working and it's very fast and super easy! I think you need to try again. Maybe their site was down for maintenance.

I tried logging into the forum and like you couldn't do it. This was around 10:20 this morning This has happened to me before.

I recently tried to download the Citation X and it took about two weeks before I finally did it . I had to go through Eaglesoft support and Flight 1  support and eventually got it.

Try the Citation X , it's a great plane.

I took the advice from another post and checked my Chrome browser. I had it slightly zoomed in so the download icon was blocked. Thank  you everyone.

Great answer! Just talked to a fellow who manually refreshed his Firefox browser and it all displayed correctly. :rolleyes:

I own the old box version of the Citation X  V1 I think it is. Can I upgrade to V.2 from it or is this new version a completely new buy?

Ron, that is not my username and has never been. I still have had no response to e-mails send to support@eaglesoftdg.com  to be able to login at the support forum and get help with issues I have.
