UPDATE CESSNA 172A:

Note that after installation you will then have two types of Cessnas: The default that came with Outerra and another labeled "Levi"

Notes from Levi Cires.

Hi there, and very nice job on the FDM Simon! smiley.gif

Here is my version of the Cessna featuring bomber's new FDM and Acetone's sound pack, among other changes and fixes: Download

Changelog:
- New package folder structure.
- Bomber's new FDM.
- Acetone's sound pack (interior and exterior sounds switches according to camera positions and doors state (open/closed)):
    - Wind
    - Avionics
    - Flaps
    - Engine
    - Propeller
- Wing Level AP (turned On when you leave the pilot's seat. Default key: "V")
- Fixed FCS (flight control surfaces) animations.
- Fixed Fuel Quantity gauge.

Note: Due to package folder structure changes, I would recommend you to manually delete the c172 folder in /packages/Levi/ before installing this one.

Simon, apart from the inverted rudder, it seems that I can't steer the plane on ground at low speeds. And even the property to animate the nose gear steering doesn't work anymore. But I guess these issues are easily fixable.

Wow, didn't realize so much progress has been made.

That's why me and others are here, keeping the community up to date.

Its not a flight sim, yet, but the potential continues to grow. :-)

One thing you have to say about Andfly: She's always creative!

Here is her newest, in her own words.

The model that I present this time is really something a little exotic and hopefully awake the interest of fans of extreme flight,
brought to the limits of the ability to drive.

1znu7h1.jpg

It requires a certain learning time and the setting of additional keys control.
It is essential to read the user Manual, that is located in the "Help" directory, and a little patience to store commands and their effects on flight.

But ... once you get a grasp ... I think (and hope ..) is able to give great satisfaction.

I would be very grateful to those who communicated his impressions, criticisms, suggestions for improvement and any errors found.
(Spare me alone, please, on the aesthetic criticism ...      I know, in 3D design are still a beginner and I do envy the huge work of Levi, the review of AH-64 of KW71 and all other excellent achievements in the forum:      I will learn ... I will study and learn !!).

The hope is the same:      Have Fun and Happy Flight !!!

The AH-64 will include advanced controls, so startup procedures :

One thing I will say is the flight model has been completely re-built, and now includes a working turbine engine, APU and electrical system. In order to fly the Apache you will need to learn the startup procedure, to turn on the electrical supply, start the APU, and start the main engines in order to spool up the rotor. With this is mind, I'll be releasing a comprehensive Flight Manual.

And there are other things to be revealed later ;)
