PMDG OC not working correctly.

I went to install liverys into on the 777 and when ever i hit the download button, this error message popped up

 

 

An exception has occured!

Additionally, a log file has been created at:

Did you submit a ticket?  They are going to want to know if you are using FSX or FSXSE and if you have just one or both installed.
