P3D Desingage A/P Sound Alert

Everytime I desingage the auto pilot for a manual landing, the sound alert never stops, even after click the check Warning and set the desingage button to the normal position.

Improper procedure, most likely. This is in the intro manual, but here's a video (it's a 737, but the 777 uses the same procedure):
