Problem re-install 747

Hello,

When I try re-intall my PMDG747. 

The installshield wizard say: Your user information could not be validated. Close the installer before trying again. Or contact technical support. This is most likely caused by your firewall!!.
but I don't have activated my firewall. And I don't have the password. In previos orders at the web neither is the password

Can I help me?

I recently reinstalled my Queen of the Skies, and had to think about this problem too. The user information you need: The PMDG Order No. (mine is 6 digits), and the email address you used when you made the purchase. There is not a key like for the 737NGX, etc.

 

Log into your PMDG account (on their site, not here in the Forums) and look at your previous orders. You will find the key information there.
