plane falling apart once in the air

A model file always needs one or more for that specific model developed texture files. In your case it seems that there is a problem with the relation between the model and it's texture files.

Same textures that were being used on the other computer where it worked fine.  I even took a copy of the plane from a different computer where it's working fine and the same thing happens.  Plus, if it were a texture thing, wouldn't the same issue be happening on the ground as well?

FSX model version or FSX textures in FS9?

I know there was an update for this aircraft to be compatible with FSX but this isn't it.
