Online Activation not possible

I bought the original Version of 737 NG Expansion Pack 600/700. I installed this on a Desktop PC and now i bought a new Laptop.

I installed all my PMDG Addons there without any Problem. I can activate all this Programs 777, MD11, 747-400, 737 800/900 all These are working. But i cant activate the 737 NG 600/700. the message is "the activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because max extra activations exceeded. [incident #9605-4212095].

I bought all my PMDG Addons from Aerosoft.

How often can i activate this Addons?

Is there anyway to reset the Counter of the fulfillment?
