FSX-MS Realtime in FSX

Hello everyone. I'd like to have real time in FSX with correct Time Zones and with no bugs in VATSIM and PMDG aircrafts. Are there any utilities for real time in FSX?

FSINN has an excellent time sync function, but depending on your frameratres (microstutters, pauses, etc.) you may have to sync every so often.  I don't have to sync at all beyond the first time for a 2 hours flight.

I use vPilot client because of some problems with PMDG 777. I've found a utility called FS Real Time made by 3dsoftworks. I'm going to buy it.

I also believe that the full version of FSUIPC has a click box to make FSX time closer to realtime
