I am starting again and was looking around for scenerys for Europe. There is a lot available.

Can you suggest. Price is not a problem, just want it good

I think you'll have to be more specific. What are you looking for? Big Airports? Small Airports? Photoreal textures? Landclass? 

 

If you're talking big, international airports, Budapest by LH Simulations is incredible. Not that hard on frames, and it looks superb both day and night. There's also the 'Mega Airport' series from Aerosoft that includes London Heathrow, Dublin, and Brussels, and pretty much every major airport in Europe. I've heard great things about Taxi2Gate's Istanbul, but whether or not it's in 'Europe' per se is up for debate. If you're talking about smaller airports or other scenery, I can't help you.
