No Menu GSX P3D

Hi All

 

Having got P3d v2.5 installed and running nice, followed by ORBX which is sweet, have just tried to install GSX. It installs just fine, but no menu appears in the addon section of the menu bar.

 

Anyone else have this issue ?

Make sure the following entry is in the dll.xml located in the same hidden folder as your p3d.cfg:

 

-<Launch.Addon>

<Name>Addon Manager</Name>

<Disabled>False</Disabled>

<ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>

<Path>bglmanx.dll</Path>

</Launch.Addon>

 

Make sure the spacing and indentations are exactly as shown. This is required for the menu item. There is also another entry for Couatl in the exe.xml also located in that same folder. When you install GSX, make sure you right click the program and run it as an Administrator.

Many thanks, but I have that.  Since I posted this, I realised that is was a common issue due to the P3D 2.5 fix
