Level-D 767 P3D V2.5 Install

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I installed the Level-D 767 into Prepar3D V2.5 with a program called Russian Migration Tool enabled (virtual fsx directories).

After loading the simulator up, and loading the 767 up, I had several messages about an error of the fsx bitmap being unable to find, and then it telling me to reinstall the 767.

Am I doing something wrong here? I have FSX also installed.

Thanks!

delete it, the leveld 767 only works in regular FSX under win7.   Win8, fsxse, p3d1 and p3dv2 are not compatible with ld767.

The Avsim list shows that it is compatible with P3D v2 completely fine so it must be something wrong with mine.

I have the same problem, but I can fly with this bird.

Just click OK some times, then wait to clode the tip window.

After that, no problem at all.

At this time, I'm flying from LFPG to KJFK

Happy flying

It is not sim connect. The paths have changed for P3D v2.5. The traditional paths the LVL D 767 relies on are gone and the addon is broken.

The dev (Paavo) on the Estonian migrate tools support page is on it and going to release an update to accommodate for these path changes.

I don't know if the Russian Migrate tool will be doing the same thing....I invested in the Estonian one.....I do like Russians a lot though, nothing personal! lolll

Lol ;)

I think I will buy that. The Russian Migrate tool says it has P3D v2.5 support so I think it is quite weird.

Thanks for the link! Just asking, do you also have a problem too?

Yes, in that link I sent you I also shared links of what is happening on my system. Go ahead and cross reference, it should be the same.
