My sun glare is waaaay better

Maybe someone could help me here. Unfortunately the mod does not work for me, Did all that was told but got this. Im using REX4 if that is necessary to know.

You probably have this issue well sorted by now but i had the same problem with a big pink triangle around the sun.  I dropped my setting down from DX11 to DX10/DX09 in Rex and it went away.

The problem is the you need to copy the suneffect.cfg file I beleive from the main p3d install folder to your program data main p3d folder also - rex has not released a fix for this yet

• Load (install) your choice of textures

Navigate to the main P3D directory

Locate and move the "suneffect.cfg" file to the c:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\ folder. 

 Done!
