My XPX version is 10.32 (build 10 3203), and I am not getting an update notice. I have run the installer and it reports that I have the current version. Is there actually a 10.35 out?

Thanks, Bruce.

iMac, Yosemite, running XP 64-bit.

Usually we get some sort of comment from Ben Supnik when a new version is out - even (and especially) a beta-version.

I can´t check as I am away from home, but it might well be that the OP confused 10.35 beta 2 with 10.35 final.

On Feb 28th Ben said that they expect to have a 10.35 Release Candidate "real soon" - in Laminar (and general software development) this translates to "within a few weeks".

The dev blog is here:

http://developer.x-plane.com/

If you download the latest installer and run it, you should always be alerted to the latest release version. If you click the "check for betas" box, you will also get the betas.

If you got the game from steam - well, consider it a learning experience for games that need regular updates. I have done it with DCS A-10 and oh well...

Same here!

When I run the installer X-Plane says that I have the most current version installed that is 10.32.

I think the answer here is that 10.35 is a release candidate at this time.  If you are on Steam, remember that this is not the final and it seems that they only release finals.  If you installed from the disc and have "check for betas" checked, you will get the latest beta, which is 10-35RC1.

10.35 is out.  I have the regular global version and I'm on the beta list.  I had 10.35b1 and 10.35b2 and then yesterday, the window said a new version was available which I downloaded.  My opening credits window now just says 10.35 (no beta version showing), so I think 10.35 is the latest version and no beta versions have been released to superscede it.

Thanks everyone. I don't have XPX set to check for betas, and I have the "regular" version of XPX (non-Steam). I haven't checked since last night but will check again tonight...

Thanks for the replies, Bruce.

I have re-installed X-Plane 10, and got exactly 10.35 as a gift.

The decision had to do with yet another experiment with XView, and using X-Plane 10 for my PSX Visuals, but I couldn't resist reinstall of SMP, and my Carenados....

I will also test the new version of the NOAA GFS plugin!

Overall I found a smoother ride, maybe due to the fact that I am now using an SSD. Unfortunately, apart from the use together with PSX, coming back to either FSX:SE or XP10 feels so strange when it comes to flying prop aircraft... They all feel so plastic / synthetic... I don't really know how to describe it... when I spent the last months playing mostly DCS Worlds remarkable prop fighters, and also IL2 BOS - it's really another league...Those sims really bring to live the experience of flying a powerful prop, with all of the effects you can name / describe so nicely / plausibly modeled that, the rest is really countryside ( as we say here in Portugal... )

Anyway, I look fwd for PMDG's Dc-6, of course - PMDG does miracles in FSX, so, why not in XP ?
