Tribhuvan airport has never been for the the faint-hearted. The approach here calls for vis minima of around 1500m depending on which end you approach from, for the RNP approach. I think rwy 02 may be 1300m.

 

Looking at the footage here, it does appear to be below the minima, but investigation should look into that.

 

Luckily for all, no major injuries.
