MCE creates fatal error in FSX

So I just reinstalled FSX and MCE - no other addons. With MCE installed, I get a fatal error every time I start fsx.exe. This is using the latest version of MCE.

An unhanded win32 exception [5340] occurred in fsx.exe

FSX runs fine with MCE uninstalled.

I'm running Win7 x64, 16GB RAM, HD7870 XT, i5 3850k.

 

MCE used to work perfectly well when i last played FSX...can't figure out whats wrong with this new build.

MCE used to work perfectly well when i last played FSX...can't figure out whats wrong with this new build.

 

Module is definitely loading as expected. This kind of crash could be related to some anti-virus interfering with "fsx.exe". Make sure you exclude the process from the scrutiny of any AV. This is different from excluding a folder for scanning.

 

You may also want to download this file, unzip and replace "fsInsider.dll"
