FS2Crew PMDG 737 install on FSX SE

Recommended Posts

Install of FS2Crew 737 runs Ok up to the end and then two messages appear - "FSX is not correctly installed, the registry is not pointing to the location of your FSX.EXE file" and the other "FSX has not been found, your registry entry may need correcting".

As a result I can not configure FS2CREW.

Previously I installed FS2Crew for the Airbus and for the PMDG 777 without any problem whatsoever.

Appreciate your assistance, thank you

That's because you're probably running a side-by-side install of FSX Steam, and it uses a different registry key than a stand-alone FSX/Steam install.

FS2Crew NGX does not yet officially support Steam.

We'll have to update our installer to account for the two possible variations of Steam:  Stand-alone and side-by-side.

If you had a "stand-alone" steam install, it would work just like regular FSX.
