No attitude scale on PFD and no compass on ND

Cold starting the 737 NGX aircraft leads to Pilot's & First Pilot's DUs (EFIS) with missing display information. The FD Shows no Background Color (blue/brown) and no attitude  scaling. The NDs Show no map.

 

Does anyone know what is going on?

IRUs aren't aligned.

 

You'd probably learn a ton by running through both tutorials.
