No download link SP1d 737 appears in my account PMDG, sorry for my english . I can do, I have already contacted my PMDG and unresponsive message

Find your original NGX order in your account. Download the update via the original link in your original order.

I bought it directly on the PMDG page , and send them an email to those responsible for PMDG but they have not answered me

Since you havnt  signed your full name   they probaly  cant  check  your account  details  and   pmdg  dont receive any emails at all,  they only  receive support  tickets.   In which you need to sign in with a different  password etc  since its  different  to using  the forum

First you need to sign  you full name  in your  signature  block  just click on your profile  and go to the signature  block  and add your name   saves you typing  your name all the time.

 

To raise a support  ticket

 

Go to the home page of  pmdg

click on the link on the top right hand  side  which  says your account  sign in

once your in  click the support  tab  than click the product support option

than click the ticket  option

than click start ticket

 

usually takes 24  hours to get a reply back so you need to come back in the ticket area  to check any replies
