Who's got the Spirit?

Recommended Posts

KDFW has a lot of Spirit...they fly out of here a lot.   Have a friend flying on the real NKA 734 right now..and I'm shadowing the flight in P3d....

A gaggle of AA MD80's waiting their turn to go...will be a sad day when they are not flying over Dallas anymore!

Thanks Chris!

I'm not complaining about the nice 534 ground speed, but I'm having to look out of the FO's side window to see where we're tracking! :LMAO:

Your not painting the Spirit A320 or any Aerosoft's aircraft are you? Kinda looks like a Holgi cleanbird?

If so, please share...DE

Btw, any considerations on the new CRJ?

Thanks Darryl

This is a Holgi bird, I have not painted the A320.

Not sure about the CRJ....is it even out yet?

I've flown them once on a round trip from KDFW to KFLL. If I recall it was around $95 for the round trip plus ancillary fees which ended up making it around $170, which was about $120 cheaper the my usual AA flight. That being said, I didn't know what to expect and I always liked their liveries.

Post trip, I wish I had spent the extra and gone on AA. I don't think I ever felt so cramped in a seat of an airliner as I did on those two flights, and the service and attitudes of the crew seemed a bit under par, kind of like the attitude you get from people who hate their jobs.

Regardless, I still like their paint jobs, but baring a financial demise, I can't see myself flying with then again.
