How to bypass Steam asking if I want to launch FSXSE

Bonjour,

 

Each time I launch FSXSE with a parameter, such as the .FLT situation file, Steam ask me if I want to launch it with the parameter (.FLT file) in the command line.

Is there a way to bypass this dialog.
