livery trouble

Installed new motherboard.  This made all PMDG aircraft invalid.

 

Reinstalled PMDG 737-800/900 NGX.

 

It works, but all liveries are gone.

 

Directed to Operations Center for reinstall of liveries.

 

Using OC, please select a product, I select PMDG 737NGX-FSX.  That works.

 

But under Menu (my aircraft) I get only Expansions.  Nothing else.

 

Something is wrong.  Impossible to use Livery Manager, etc. because it is not there!

 

What do I do?

Hello Zach, you can open a trouble ticket at PMDG Product Support (support.precisionmanuals.com) where you may have to create an account. The sales accounts are separate from support.

 

Did you install the NGX into FSX making sure you ran installer with admin rights?  If you only have FSX installed, no FSXSE, try running the installer again ensuring with admin rights and select REPAIR. Let repair run and then see if the OC recognizes the installation.

 

In the Product drop down list, note if the PMDG 737 NGX FSX product listing is in bold white. Items not installed are listed but are in plain grey, not bold.  You should see a difference.

Ran REPAIR.  No joy.

 

Uninstalled and re-installed PMDG 737 NGX-FSX.  No joy.

 

I have send PMDG a ticket.  Fingers are crossed.
