But, who are the developers? Is it going to be payware ?

The develop team has a russian team, they have a non-confirmed 3rd Party, expected some new by ED about them, your I-16 Type 24 will be payware.

While I already benefit from a great I-16 in IL2-BOS, it would certainly be great to have that one too in DCS :-)
