Can't find the operations centre app?

I want to download some liveries for the 737 but it says they are in the operations centre app but I can't seem to find the app.

If you installed the NGX SP1D, click Start, click All Programs, click PMDG. It should be under PMDG or PMDG 737NGX. Right click the OC and run as administrator.
