Hi, I've installed 777 in FSX  a year ago and updated it until SP1d. Do I need reactivation after installation of SP1d given it requires full uninstalltion of 777?

no  you shouldn't need  to since  its  still the same  pc   your installing  it  to, if  you were to install it  in another  pc  than yes  you would need to
