Integrating a GTN 750

Recommended Posts

Try it and see.  What do you have to lose?  If they don't work, reinstall the aircraft.

Yes it works! Before installing the mod, make a copy of the "panel" folder. If you don't like the mod just delete the modified"panel" folder and replace the original in the TBM750 folder, no need to reinstall the plane but it can be an option if you fu..ed up these steps

Cheers

Sounds good to me, Pat.  Thanks for the tip.  I haven't installed the new TBM yet but will do so when I get the chance.  Didn't fly it much, but the original release was a real "mover."

I've tried to install the mod. The GTN comes up fine, but there is a black space where the engine info should be on the MFD. In the files I received there was not a file called "G1000_MFDTBMVC" , but the readme mentioned it.

See if that avionics switch doesn't go one more step upwards.  It looks like it's in the middle position, correct?  Or am I looking at the wrong switch?  The far right-hand one on the upper panel?

It is in the highest position.

That looks ok, then.  Don't know why you're having this problem.  I remember having the same problem and discovered the avionics switch needed to be all the way "up".  Sorry I can't be more help.

I too am having this problem. There was a file included named MFD_GTN, which I renamed to G1000_MFDTBMVC, but this did not fix the issue. I would love if someone could please help us out with this so we can fly the TBM with the GTN750.

Thanks

If this is my mod.. please follow the instructions in the Readme and do not improvise..

That file is included in the Carenado provided cab file, not in "the files received"
