As indicated in multiple spots on our website (to include the Service Updates page that you keep returning to), you need to log in and go to your View Previous Orders page. Find your NGX order, click on it, and then click on the download link on that page. At no point in this process should you return to the Service Updates page.

Thanks Olli and Scan!

Downloading of the PMDG 737 did succeed now.
I did uninstall FSX and PMDG
I installed FSX with acceleration, so no FSX SP1 and 2 necessary.
However the following problem occurs:

If I want to install PMDG 737 8900 NGX Base Package FSX.exe 24.3.2105, I get the message:

An outdated versoion of FSX has been detected.
Before you can install the PMDG 737NGX, you will need to patch FSX
Please install the FSX SP2 update located here: (Link to SP2)

If I do so (knowing it is not right) I get:
Microsoft Flight Simulator X Service Pack 2 Setup
If I want to install fsx_sp2_8900_ngx.zip I get:
Microsoft Flight Simulator X Service Pack 2 cannot be installed because Microsoft Flight Simulator X:
Acceleration is already installed. All features in Microsoft Flight Simulator X Service Pack 2 are included in Microsoft Flight Simulator X Accleration Pack

So, I am in a second loop now :-)

Frans, you need to install SP1 before installing either Acceleration or SP2. Make sure you run FSX to complete the process after every step.

Install FSX

Run FSX

Install SP1

Run FSX

Install Acceleration

You will probably be ok if you uninstall Acceleration, install SP1, run FSX then install Acceleration again.

Thanks kevinh!

Sorry I have so many problems :(

Cannot uninstall Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Acceleration
"This action is only valid for products that are currently installed"
Do you think it's only an error in the 'Uninstall or change a program" list and I can go on with your installation suggestion?
Perhaps good to know that at first FSX start, I get black gauges (the 'stand alone gauges', when you click on it, work.)

Yeah. This is why I never recommend uninstall/reinstall procedures unless it's actually required. You really didn't need to uninstall FSX itself.

It sounds like your system was somehow interrupted while installing Accell, which is why it doesn't think it's installed (and why our installer thinks that your version is out-dated). You might want to try to run the Accell installer again and select "Repair."

If you're going to uninstall FSX, it absolutely has to be done the right way, as you've unfortunately found out...so yes.
