Can someone please help me figure out what is causing my constant OOM's?

I keep having OOM issues in ORBX PNW. Mainly when I depart or come into Seattle. For example 

 I take off out of Seattle headed to PAYA, I get to around 25,000 then boom oom close to Jefferson county everytime. Then I flew to KSFF tonight an came close to an OOM on final after departing Seattle. 

I have almost every add-on that Orbx makes for the North American region installed but it doesn't seem to matter as after my first OOM I disabled them all beside destination PAYA, It doesn't matter if socked in and over cast or clear as a bell when I leave Seattle I get an OOM or very close to one. I'd avoid Seattle all together but the VA I fly for is based at KRNT so I can't avoid it. This has been a long running issue as I'd come very close with a number of planes but Carenado's new 850XP pushed it past the limits. The issue seems to stem from Seattle. I no issue with several hours of short hops between Orbx airports in highly detailed addon planes like C550 Turbine Duke ect and all the flights are less than 20 minutes so that is a lot of airports and my VAS is fine . But put a plane in or near Seattle and say hello to the OOM!

 Don't think your the only  one  having  the oom  issue  around ksea  think its called  the oom triangle  one of the reason I stay clear off :P

Try reducing your texture resolution down. 4096 seems like asking a lot in such a heavy area.

2048 still looks fine in my opinion.

 

I personally would be happy with 1024 but I don't run into OOM issues anyway as I don't fly in busy areas.

 

I don't think Hybrid move helps either, best to stick to North America than use Hybrid mode in FTX

Disable FTX Vector completely. No need for it in FTX regions. Helped me a lot in PNW area.

Not using Vector just the Global texture set. Are you saying I should just enable North America?

Are you using 4096 textures for clouds in Rex 4 Or the same for runway textures? If so try 512 or 1024. Also dxt 5 instead of 32bit. 4096 is asking for an OOM imo.

I use soft clouds and they are 512 textures I belive. Also it doesn't matter if it's cloudy or sunny so I don't think it's the clouds that are the issue. I'll try the recommendations here and see how that effects VAS with process explorer.

I'd recommend you take screenshots using 1024, 2048, and 4096 texture settings ... then look at those screen shots and see if you can really notice a difference.  

 

The only time I've noticed a difference between 1024 and 2048 or 4096 is when I'm very close (as in a few feet) to the object that has the HD texture.  Taxi, Takeoff, Landing there is no visual difference as my view point is too far away (more than about 20 feet).

 

To solve your OOM try 1024 textures.

Not sure how others experience this, but I can surely see 1 huge difference. With REX runway textures installed, take a look through your side window, or in outside view, at the runway. Anything below 4096 looks really crappy. I often tried to get used to 1024, but I get so annoyed by those muddy, blurry ground textures, that I cant get myself to finish a second flight and not turn resolution back up to 4096, before I land.

I just made a quick test for you using 1024, 2048, 4096  Texture_Max_Load.  Using Carenado S550 (which is 4096) and Orbx KBLU (which is set to 2048).
