Not working anymore

Recommended Posts

Hi.

Looks like it was something to do with Steam update. So RAAS is silent. No in Addon menu. I have latest Unlocked version.

This line was missing so I added it per manual: <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>

Here is the result, still no luck:

 <Launch.Addon>
    <Name>RAASPRO</Name>
    <Disabled>False</Disabled>
    <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>
    <Path>.\RAASPRO\RAASPRO.dll</Path>
    <DllStartName>module_init</DllStartName>
    <DllStopName>module_deinit</DllStopName>
  </Launch.Addon>

Ed,

Send me a support ticket via:

www.fs2crew.com

I don't think it has anything to do with any Steam update or there would be a 1000 support tickets all saying the same thing.

We'll find out soon.

Best,

For anyone else, the problem was that the RAAS installer did not 'auto-detect' the location of his FSX Steam Folder due to a registry issue I suspect.

The installer needs to auto-detect that location or RAAS won't be installed properly.

Hi Bryan,

I have the same issue. Have a standalone Steam edition, run the installer selected that option and it does not locate the folder even though the registry keys are correct and pointing to the install folder.

Help?

Bryan, sorry, I searched for more info and found that this was corrected in a later update.

However, the problem I now have is that I bought this at PC Aviator, and not by itself but rather as the PMDG 777 Captain's set, and I just wen into my account there and that package has not been updated, it is the same.

How can I get the update?

Hi Carlos,

Send me a support ticket.

We send updated file to 3rd party vendors, but we can't guarantee they upload them.

This is why it's always best to buy direct from the developer.
