For me it's showing a kind of dummy page, not their usual page.  However their forum has been active in the last few days, and a complaint about inaccessible repaints was fixed.

I wonder if this has to do with some DNS servers having the right IP, others not?  Can someone for whom it's working try to find the IP address?

That is very possible.  If there was an IP address change for the outside WAN address and the new IP hasn't propagated through the BGP routing tables that could happen.
