Fortunately, I took the time to actually follow the link and read the IBT article and discovered that it is a history of the meme, and not just a link to the original vulgar video.

I've seen the format from Downfall dozens of times. After reading the article, I find it strange that the original was created for Flight Sim enthusiasts! (And that the English version is gone, is also strange)

Why am I not surprised the original meme started with a Flight Simulator guy. We are probably the most frustrated genre in the gaming/simulation market with huge anticipations that lead to bad Flight Sim releases or major delays that lead to the rare gems. What a clever way to air your grievances and he started a huge phenomena in the process.
