STEVEDX10 Work for AMD and Steam?

Hello! I want to know if the Steave DX work for my spec?  AMD Radeon R270 2GB GDDR5 ,

AMD FX-6300 4,2GHZ Turbo 6 core. 
Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB 1600MHz.
Seagate 1000GB 7200RPM 64MB

and im using FSX Steam??
