Does anyone know any good checklists for particularly the PMDG 777, but also the 737?

Have a look into QRH and FCOM PDFs that got installed with the PMDG:

They are in the PMDG documentation, QRH, chapter NC. Page 31 for the 777 and page 25 for the 737.

I had a look, but they either seem incredibly long winded or extremely short haha. I was thinking of something along the lines of Carsten Rau, but he doesn't do a 777 checklist.

The ones PMDG supplies are the original Boeing checklists. Those are the ones that are used in the real life aircraft. The 'checklists' Carsten Rau makes are extremely long. In fact, they aren't checklists at all, but more like a summary of the normal procedures.
