anyone flies high performance piston ?

To be exact: anyone flies normally aspirated piston aircraft, say with 260-310 HP engine and typical ceiling 17,000 - 20,000 ? Mooney Ovation is a good example of such an aircraft. I would have two questions (maybe your POH has this info):(disregarding oxygen issues)1. at what altitude you get highest TAS ?2. what is the best altitude to max specifc range (range per lb of fuel).Michael J.http://www.reality-xp.com/community/nr/rsc/rxp-higher.jpg
