HDR Bloom without VC

Hi all,

 

I have a nice bloom effect when looking out of the VC, but when I hit F10 to remove the VC, the effect is gone and it looks quite dull.

Is there a way, to have that effect with the VC removed, or do I need a bloom addon for this?
