777-300 Freighter?

I've been looking around here and at the PMDG site but didn't find anything conclusive. Did Boeing produce the -300 in a freighter version, and if so, does the -300 expansion pack include the F variant?

Take a look at Boeings website for all that sort of info.

 

No 777-300F yet, I am not sure there would be much point as the payload would be about the same or LESS than the 777-200F, unless you are an airline that's looking for cubic meters rather than outright lifting capacity.

As I recall (never a reliable method), the USAF/Lockheed C-5 would max-out before cubing-out, and re-engining (made up word?) the beast was impractical due to an inadequately sized vertical stabilizer.  I did have experience load planning the beast when I was in logistics during Desert Storm, pretty impressive back then and probably still is.
