Where did you buy you ERJ (the Feelthere version I assume) from? Most publishers offer multiple downloads.

If you have a receipt you could try contacting Feelthere as Jim Suggested: http://forum.simflight.com/forum/171-airplanes/

I recall having this issue with a Milviz airplane and Colin took care of it, so hopefully Feelthere would do the same.

Another option would be to PM Chuck Jodry as he seems to have been involved with the AVSIM Store: http://forum.avsim.net/user/151636-chuck-jodry-vjpl/

If by simpilot store, you mean the old AVSIM store, this is the answer I found:

He said the simpilot store.  Not AVSIM.  We closed the AVSIM Store a long time ago.  Simpilot store could be the FlightSim Store or the FS Pilot Shop. The e-mail with the serial number should provide a clue. If the product was purchased at one of these stores, the OP needs to go to that website, sign into the account and then look for all of his products that he has purchased. The product can then be downloaded from the store. This is the practice of most FS addon stores. If the op does not know where the product was purchased, then there is no solution to this problem.

I am getting very close to closing this topic as it is going nowhere.

It was exactly simpilot it was not fs pilot shop or flightsim store I am looking at the very email that was sent. It was simoilot.com. Only thing i have ever purchased via the flightsimstore is the C-17 and as for fs pilotshop, nothing.
