PMDG SDK improvements usable by FS2Crew?

Hi Bryan,

 

With the promised improvements to the PMDG SDK to support flight deck connections, will the FS2Crew FO then be able to sense instrument conditions before altering them (i.e. an intelligent FO)?

It's complex, but FS2Crew NGX Reboot is generally much smarter and better in my view than the Legacy NGX product.

Bryan,

I was asking about both the B777 and B737 products.

Robert Randazzo's talk to the meet included excitement about providing a much improved SDK so that cockpit hardware builders could interface all of their kit to PMDG software. This presumably means that you could have much improved access to the state of the software of the cockpits with which to make the FOs far more 'intelligent'?

Any improvements to the SDK could potentially make FS2Crew better.

 

We always welcome new and expanded SDKs.
