Gotta take into account that XPlane was still much more expensive. So it's impressive what XP did in that context.

 

It's also impressive FSXSE has sold 377k copies.

 

Steam is such a great marketplace. Xplane has made millions it otherwise wouldn't of probably gotten.

I (now) use P3D exclusively but purchased FSX: SE just for support. I like to help here and there.

Been a FSX/P3D-fanatic, but decided to give XP a go during the sale, and gotta say, its really growing on me:-) Looks like P3Dv2 and XP is gonna be used 50/50 until something new and better comes along!

I know at $4.99 I ended up purchasing FSX-SE and then lost all interest. Already have original FSX and P3D on my drive. So a friend is now messing around with it via the family plan.
